Where do I manage my billing and plan information?
You can manage your subscription through the mobile app, a mobile web browser, or modern browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on a desktop or laptop.
Begin by logging into your vault and choosing the avatar or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Manage My Account.
Next, choose Plan and Billing and then select the Manage your plan it will take you to page to view your current plan and billing information.
At any time, you can select the Return to Prisidio link in the upper left corner of the screen to return to your vault.
Can I switch from a monthly plan to annual and vice versa?
Yes, vault plans can be changed at any point in the billing cycle; however, you must contact our support team to help you manage your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, we recommend using the web application on a desktop or laptop. You may also use the mobile app or a mobile web browser, as all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox) are supported.
Log in to Prisidio using a web browser on your desktop or laptop device.
Click on your initials or avatar on the far right of the main navigation bar.
Click Manage My Account, and select Plan and Billing.
Click Manage Your Plan
Choose the Cancel Subscription option.
Choose Cancel Subscription again to confirm that you would like to cancel your subscription.
When will I lose access to my vault?
A user will have access to their vault through the end of the current billing cycle. Once that date is reached, they will no longer have access without first renewing a subscription.
I am an invited user to a vault. Can I purchase my own vault?
Yes! Choose the avatar or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Manage My Account. Next, select Plan and Billing and then choose Upgrade Plan. Select your plan and continue through the payment options to complete the process of creating your own vault.
