Getting started
Create your account via a web browser on your laptop by going here. During the sign-up process, you will be asked to enter your Legal First Name (required) for account security and verification purposes, as well as a Preferred First Name (optional) for general account use. Complete the form by entering your email address and desired password. Passwords must be 10–32 characters in length and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.
After choosing your password, select the radio button to confirm that you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Subscription Agreement, then click Next.
Legal Name Requirement in Prisidio
Prisidio requires legal names for all account holders. This information is required to support identity verification in situations related to vault custodianship. In the event that a vault must be released — such as when a Co-Owner or Keyholder submits a request — Prisidio must be able to verify the legal identities of the individuals involved before any vault contents can be released.
Collecting legal names helps ensure that
Vault release requests are legitimate.
Unauthorized or fraudulent access is prevented.
Vault contents are released only in accordance with the Vault Owner’s wishes.
Select your vault plan
Choose either a monthly or yearly plan by selecting the appropriate radio button. If you have a promo code, enter the code in the promo code box, and select Apply. When you have entered the appropriate information choose Create Account.
Verify your email
Once you have selected a plan, you will need to verify your email address. Check your email and locate the verification email sent from Prisidio. From the email, select the Confirm My Account link. You will be re-directed back to your web browser. Click the orange LOG IN NOW button.
Enable multi-factor authentication
Use the email id and password you chose earlier to log in to Prisidio.
You will now be prompted to configure multi-factor authentication. Choose one of the three available methods.

Once you've successfully configured multi-factor authentication, you will be signed in to Prisidio.
Submit payment
Enter your credit card number, expiration date, card verification code (CVC). Select a country and enter the billing zip code for your credit card. When you have successfully entered your payment information, select the Submit Payment button.
