To cancel your subscription, we recommend using the web application on a desktop or laptop. You may also use the mobile app or a mobile web browser, as all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox) are supported.
1. Log in to Prisidio using a web browser on your desktop or laptop device.
2. Click on your initials or avatar on the far right of the main navigation bar.
3. Click Manage My Account, and select Plan and Billing.
4. Click Manage Your Plan
5. Choose the Cancel Subscription option.
6. Choose Cancel Subscription again to confirm that you would like to cancel your subscription.
After cancelling your subscription, your vault will still be available until the end of your billing cycle. Please be sure to download any documents you wish to keep and record any information you are storing in Prisidio.
