When enabled, these features can help by summarizing documents, identifying important dates and details, improving search results, and providing helpful suggestions based on the information you store. Using these features is completely optional, and you can turn them on or off at any time.
How AI-Assisted Features Can Help
AI-assisted features can enhance your Vault experience in several ways:
Document Summaries: Quickly review the key points of a document without reading every page.
Important Details: Automatically identify information such as expiration dates, renewal dates, and other important deadlines.
Improved Search: Find documents and information faster using AI-powered search capabilities.
Smart Insights: Receive recommendations that may help you organize or better manage your stored information.
Future Enhancements: Enable access to new AI-powered features as they become available.
To provide these capabilities, Prisidio may use our own technologies, trusted third-party technologies, or a combination of both.
Your Information Stays Yours
Your information belongs to you. Prisidio's role is to securely store and protect it.
When you use AI-Assisted Features:
You retain ownership of your data.
Your information is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
Your data is not used to train public or third-party AI models.
Security measures are in place to help protect your information from unauthorized access.
To provide AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and other features, Prisidio securely processes the content stored in your Vault.
A Note About AI-Generated Information
AI can be a helpful tool, but it isn't perfect. Summaries, extracted details, search results, and recommendations may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
For that reason, AI-generated information should be used as a convenience and not as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, financial, tax, or medical guidance. We recommend reviewing important information directly from the original document whenever possible.
Managing AI-Assisted Features
Vault Owners can enable or disable AI-Assisted Features at any time.
To update your preferences:
Sign in to your Prisidio Vault.
Go to Vault Settings.
Select AI-Assisted Features.
Turn Enable AI Features on or off.
Changes take effect immediately.
