This article outlines how to edit or update your login email address for your AARP Digital vault.
1. From your computer, pull up a browser and log in to your AARP Digital Vault and click your Profile in the upper right-hand corner.
2. From the menu, select Manage My Account.
3. Click Update Profile -- this will redirect you to the AARP login page.
4. Log in with your AARP credentials to access your Account Details page.
5. Under Login Information, update your email, complete the required fields, and click Save.
6. You would be required to verify your identity (SMS or Call) to confirm that you initiated the requested change.
7. A confirmation message will appear, instructing you to verify the changes via the link sent to your new email.
8. Open the email and click VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
9. Return to your AARP Digital Vault, where a pop-up will prompt you to Confirm New Email Address.
10. Log in using your previous email to complete the verification process.
