With an AARP Digital Vault, you can access your essential information anytime, anywhere, and securely share it with trusted individuals when needed.

      An AARP Digital Vault offers a simplified experience with specific limits on how many items you can add to your vault and excludes some features that exist in the AARP Digital Vault Unlimited plan.

      Streamlined for your most important information

      An AARP Digital Vault is thoughtfully designed to help you manage the most important aspects of your life. It offers an ideal solution for users who want simplicity and efficiency while keeping their most critical information secure and accessible.

        • Documents Customers may store up to 100 of their most important documents, such as wills, trusts, identification papers, insurance policies, advanced medical directives, and other essential documents.
        • People Add the trusted people in your life and share your information with them. You can add up to 10 people. From these 10 people, you can invite 5 of them to participate with you in your vault. You can choose to make any of your invited users a Co-Owner or Keyholder®.
        • Places Customers may add up to 10 places to identify where their important items are stored, including physical locations like safes, digital locations such as cloud storage services, or electronic devices like laptops or external hard drives. 
        • Things Customers may add up to 10 things, which can include items of financial value, like jewelry or collectibles, or sentimental value, such as family heirlooms or keepsakes.

      What functionality is not available with the AARP Digital Vault plan?

      The AARP Digital Vault plan provides essential vault features, while the AARP Digital Vault Unlimited plan offers additional functionality. The following features are only available with the Unlimited plan.

        • Permissions The Permissions feature allows a vault owner to assign specific permissions to invited users. With this feature, you can grant others the ability to add, edit, or delete items in your vault. * Co-owners will still have the ability to see and do all the things that a vault owner can do.
        • Reminders The Reminders feature helps vault owners stay organized by allowing them to set notifications for important dates or tasks related to their vault items. This ensures you never miss critical deadlines or events.
        • Related Items The Related Items feature allows you to create connections between different items stored in your digital vault. It’s designed to help you organize and navigate your information more intuitively by linking items that are connected in real life.
